Dovetail's 2021 in review

There’s no denying that 2021 was a hugely challenging year, with the ever-present reality of COVID, lockdowns and social isolation.

Through all this disruption, Dovetail’s work in research, evaluation and consulting continued to be in high demand. We adjusted to lockdowns, we got even more used to Zoom, and we welcomed the cautious re-opening in the wake of Delta and the opportunity it brought to re-connect in person.

2021 was an important year of transition for Dovetail, where we shifted from a sole practice with a broad collaborator network, to a core in-house team that continues to work closely with its partner network. Internships have become a regular feature of our working. Our client base grew, and with it, our engagement with communities across Aotearoa.

Our 2021 Annual Report is pictured below, or you can download a pdf here. We would like to extend our grateful thanks to all who we had the privilege to work with through the course of a challenging year, and we look forward to building these relationships further in the year ahead.

Nga mihi nui ki a koutou.

With thanks to Adela Wypych for preparing this year’s report
